These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Steam N Clean website and the cleaning services provided by Steam and Clean Group Inc. (“Steam N Clean,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Plain-language summary: book honestly and let us in on time, and we’ll show up when we say and clean carefully. If something isn’t right, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and fix it.
We provide residential carpet cleaning, sofa and upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney inspection, and mattress cleaning. Service descriptions on this site are general; the exact scope of your job is what appears on your written estimate or invoice.
Results depend on the age, material, and condition of the item being cleaned. We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, bleach damage, pet-urine discoloration, wear patterns, or damage that existed before service.
Quotes provided by phone, form, or email are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins, and may change if actual conditions differ — for example, additional rooms, heavy soiling, stairs, or furniture that must be moved.
Coupons and promotional discounts cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, apply only to the services listed, and may be subject to a minimum job size or service-area limits.
We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times, and will contact you if we are running behind. You agree to provide safe access to the property, working water and electricity, and a parking space within reasonable distance.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit cards, and other methods noted on your invoice. Returned payments and chargebacks may incur a fee, and unpaid balances may be referred for collection.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 7 days of service and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. The guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work; it does not cover new soiling, pre-existing damage, or results beyond what the material can accept.
Steam N Clean is licensed and insured. We will take reasonable care of your property, and we ask that you report any damage caused by our team within 48 hours of service so we can inspect it.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for pre-existing conditions, or for damage arising from defects you did not disclose.
If you opt in on our forms, you consent to receive SMS notifications, appointment alerts, and occasional marketing messages from Steam and Clean Group Inc. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We may also contact you by phone or email about your quote or scheduled service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving our operating area.
